QuickBooks Integration — Terms of Use

1. About this integration

This integration is operated by DoubleLL Accounting Inc. for authorized accounting work involving clients’ QuickBooks Online companies. These terms apply together with your accounting service agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2. Authorization and permitted use

You must have authority to access and authorize the relevant QuickBooks company and provide its accounting documents. Use is limited to authorized accounting purposes. Do not access another company’s information without permission or share connection credentials.

Intuit manages QuickBooks sign-in and authorization. Do not provide your Intuit password to DoubleLL Accounting Inc. or enter it into this integration.

3. Document review and accounting entries

PDF extraction and optical character recognition may contain errors or omissions. An authorized user must review the original documents, document grouping, transaction direction, dates, customer or vendor, products or accounts, tax codes, amounts, and duplicate warnings.

Bill and Invoice transactions require explicit confirmation before submission to QuickBooks. Missing customer records may be created under a separate standing authorization. This integration does not automatically send invoices, make payments, or delete or modify existing transactions.

4. Testing and availability

Current transaction creation is restricted to testing companies. Production transaction creation remains disabled pending separate validation and authorization.

Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, connection expiry, Intuit service changes, or unsupported document or accounting requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free extraction.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate documents and instructions, protect access to the computer and QuickBooks account, and verify processing results. If a submission result is uncertain, request reconciliation before attempting another submission to avoid duplicate entries.

6. Privacy and records

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of integration data:

Disconnecting the integration does not automatically remove saved accounting records or transactions already entered in QuickBooks.

7. Ending access

You may revoke access through QuickBooks or ask DoubleLL Accounting Inc. to disconnect the integration. Access may also be suspended if authorization expires or misuse or a security concern is identified.

8. Questions and changes

Contact your usual DoubleLL Accounting Inc. representative using the contact details in your service agreement for support or questions about these terms. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page. Changes requiring additional authorization will be presented before the affected functionality is used.
